Meeting Insights help you understand how much time developers spend in meetings and identify opportunities to improve productivity and workflows.
Meeting time
Average Meeting Time
Represents the average time a selected developer spends in meetings each week (or within the selected time range). This includes calendar events with more than one attendee and excludes any events declined by the user.
Focus Time
Represents the amount of uninterrupted time a developer has for focused work within the selected time range.
Primarily calculated from dedicated focus-time events
If unavailable, gaps of more than 1 hour between meetings are considered as focus time
Capped at a maximum of 5 hours per day
Other Time
Represents the remaining working hours in the selected time range after excluding both meeting time and focus time.
Meeting Types
Provides a breakdown of the types of meetings a developer spends the most time in (e.g., Agile ceremonies, 1:1s, catch-ups, management meetings).
Time in Meetings
Highlights the day(s) of the week where the developer spends the most time in meetings, based on total meeting hours.
Daily Meeting Average
Shows the average time a developer spends in meetings per day within the selected time range.
People You Meet With
Highlights the colleagues a developer spends the most time with in meetings, based on total meeting hours.
