Mean Time To Restore (MTTR)

To set the Mean Time To Restore (MTTR), click on the 'Configure' button on the top right corner of the card.

Click on the configure button & a pop-up will open. You can set this based on Pull requests or by issue tracker

Configure by Pull Request

Select "Pull Requests" as the basis, then specify rules based on Branch, Title, or description. You can further refine conditions like "contains," "starts with," "equals to," or "ends with." Use OR/AND conditions as needed. Once saved, data will be updated shortly.

Configure by Issues

Select "By tickets" as the basis, then specify rules based on Project, Issue type, Label, Custom label, or Priority. You can further refine conditions by entering the value & using OR/AND conditions as needed. Once saved, data will be updated shortly.

Configure from Settings

You can also manage these configurations from the Settings section, Dev Analytics > Metrics > MTTR
