You will find the step-wise guide to export the Git user data as per your host mentioned below.
To export the user data from the GitHub account, please follow the steps mentioned below:
Login to your Github account.
In the top right corner of GitHub.com, click your profile photo, then click Your Organizations.
Click the name of your organization, then click People.
Click the Export button in the top right corner to export the data. The data will be downloaded.
In case the emails of your team members are private, you will have to ask them to make them public.
The steps to do so are as follows: Access Your Project:
In your account settings, click the Emails option, and uncheck the Keep my email address private option.
Return to the Profile option and select your e-mail in the Public e-mail option, saving the settings in Update profile.
To export the user data from the GitLab account, please follow the steps mentioned below:
Log in to your GitLab account and access Your Project.
Inside the project, Go to Settings
Click on Usage Quotas
Click on Export present in the top right corner beside the search bar. The data will be downloaded.
In case the emails of your team members are private, you will have to ask them to make them public.

Click on your profile icon, select Edit profile
In the Public email field, select one of the available email addresses.
Select Update profile settings and done.
To export the user data from the BitBucket account, please follow the steps mentioned below:
Login to your workspace on BitBucket.
In the top-right corner select the gear icon and click on Workspace Settings
On the left side menu, select the User Directory (under Access Management)
Click on the Export button on the upper-right side of the page. The data will be downloaded.
